At Baskets Kenya, we take great care to ensure every basket reaches you safely and on time. Each order is prepared with attention to detail.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for dispatch.
2. Domestic Shipping (Kenya)
We deliver across Kenya through trusted courier services.
- Nairobi deliveries: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days depending on destination.
Shipping fees vary based on location and package size.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide via reliable courier partners ; DHL and Wells Fargo.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on your country.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.
5. Packaging
All baskets are securely and thoughtfully packed using eco-friendly materials, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition while minimizing our environmental footprint.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied:
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Custom orders or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return costs and replace or refund your order.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
